2022.6.24 -- Hydroman® ExPro™ Excavator Cutters is one of the important accessories for submersible dredge pump, also called hydraulic dredging cutters, installed on the two sides of hydraulic submersible slurry pump for breaking-up material to transport solids and a variety of other materials.
Submersible Hydraulic Sand Pump with two heavy-duty excavator cutters provides non-clogging suction power to excavate and pump some of the most challenging dredging situations. The suction power of the mighty pump can handle solids up to 4.8 inches moving up to 70% solids by weight through a 16-inch discharge.In case of much water, thin sludge and sediment, inconvenient digging with the digging bucket, remove the digging bucket,connect the submersible hydraulic mortar pump, and conduct high-efficient extraction with high concentration. Hydraulic submersible dredging sand pump is applicable for conditions of hydraulic station, failure in effective excavation with the excavator in case of much water,long distance transmission of mud and mortar, insufficient power supply, frequent transition, and the application range is wide.
Hydroman® Submersible Hydraulic Dredge Pump with Excavator Cutters Advantage:
▪ The pump bottom is arranged with the mixing device, and the bilateral and multilateral separate mixer can be arranged, which can prevent pump blockage by the bulky fixed substance,so as to fully mix the solid with liquid, and facilitate handling.
▪ The pump can handle the solid substance with the maximum particle size of 150mm, and the solid-liquid extraction concentration can be over 70%.
▪ The device is mainly installed on the excavator, and the power is provided by the hydraulic station of the excavator, which can realize free transition. The power source is diesel engine, which can solve the problem of power inconvenience during construction in the remote area.
▪ Wetted parts: i.e., pump shell, impeller, guard board and mixing impeller adopt the high-chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized.
▪ The unique sealing device is adopted, so as to avoid frequent replacement of mechanical seal, and improve the working efficiency.
